I'm renting a three-story house, that's located near a shopping center, so it's absolutely perfect for me.
It can get lonely living in such a large place by myself, so I might rent out, or give out in some cases, a few of the rooms to people who need them.
And, of course, you're welcome to use it for parties, as long as it stays clean.Highly doubtful, I know
If you want to stay here, you must meet the following requirements:
» Attending Oshima High, as a student.
» If you have a pet, make sure it doesn't crap everywhere. Or I'll kick you out instantly. /neat freak
» No going into my room or any other place I don't want you.
» Bring your own food, and label it. Scratch that, I'll get you an extra fridge for your room.
» I'll only let you have a room for free if you really can't afford it.
» Loud music must be something I like. Otherwise, keep it down.
